Property Description Showroom and warehouse properties of this caliber rarely come to market in the Northern Neck's regional trade center of Kilmarnock. 420 South Main Street was a former granite manufacturing operation and offers 18,196 square feet across three distinct buildings on 1.63 acres, featuring prime frontage on both Main Street (Route 3) and Hatton Avenue. An independent CBRE appraisal concluded an As-Is market value of $1,350,000 as of May 25, 2026. Completely renovated in 2021, the property includes a 4,004-square-foot heated and air-conditioned showroom, an 11,495-square-foot warehouse, and a 2,697-square-foot block storage building.
